We aim to reply within two business days. If you do not hear back within a week, check your spam folder and send the message again.
What to include
For a bug report, three things save everyone time:
- The page you were on (for example, the merge tool or the PNG to PDF page)
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Your browser and device (Chrome 138 on Windows, Safari on iPad, and so on)
Please do not email image files unless we ask for them. The tools never upload your images, which is the point of the site, so a description of the file (format, rough dimensions, where it came from) is almost always enough for us to reproduce the issue.
